The cluster’s Attendance Officer (AO) is there to support families and ensure that all children and young people attend school and get the most from their education.

We work with young people and their families to understand any boundaries that are impacting their school attendance. By working together, we can offer support around any needs identified and refer to specialist services if needed. The AO works closely with schools and can also help facilitate communication between home and school.
