THE CLUSTER LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT TEAM
The Cluster Leadership and Support Team oversees all cluster work, providing supervision, management, budget and finance setting and data analysis of cases. This ensures we can strategically plan for the future needs of the children and families in the 2gether Cluster.
The leadership team supports staff with all elements of their casework, including management and supervision. This in turn means that our families are supported in a responsive manner, ensuring positive outcomes for all.
The Cluster Leadership and Support Team also hold weekly screening meetings for any new referrals and process these accordingly. They also chair monthly ‘guidance and support’ meetings which are also attended by other partners. These meetings allow for a coordinated package of support to be offered to individual families.
WORKING WITH EXTERNAL AGENCIES
The 2gether Cluster works closely with other agencies and services to ensure families receive coordinated support where needed. This includes third sector agencies, housing, police, social care and health.
We also work in partnership with the West Yorkshire Police and have a Safer Schools Officer (SSO) who is based within the cluster to support a restorative ethos. The SSO works closely with all of our cluster schools and professionals and can support families where needed.
